Body Basics

The Largest Organ of Your Body

  • The skin comprises 15% of our total body weight
  • It has a surface area from 12 - 20 square feet
  • It consists of 70% water, 25% protein, 2% lipids, and trace minerals
  • The skin stores about 15% of the water you drink each day
  • It has 90 million cells
  • The pores in these cells absorb 60% of everything you put on it
  • The main pigment in the skin is melanin

Program Description

Who is it for?

Maintaining Beautiful Skin is for adults who want to keep their skin firm, full, and free of wrinkles. Oh, and I should also mention that if you follow the protocols your face will take on a radiant glow.

The Essentials Nutrients

The essential nutrients to maintain beautiful, glowing skin are based on a diet containing the:

  1. Correct foods,
  2. Right fluids, and
  3. Proper fortifiers.

What manifests itself on the surface of your skin can often be due to an internal problem with the liver, kidneys, lungs, or colon. Therefore, maintaining healthy skin also requires:

  • proper digestion of foods and fluids,
  • efficient absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, and
  • complete elimination of wastes via the skin, lungs, kidneys, and colon.

In addition, to keep your skin supple and bouncy with age you need to avoid the many dangerous artificial additives that are contained in most:

  1. skin care products,
  2. cosmetics, and
  3. chemical sunscreens.
A quotation reminding us about maintaining beautiful skin with the correct foods and right fluids on a daily basis.

Major Health Benefits

Here are seven benefits you get from Maintaining Beautiful Skin:

Your Skin Becomes Firm yet Bouncy: With the right foods and fortifiers you can maintain the collagen and elastin fibres in your skin. Collagen is a structural protein that imparts a firm look while elastin is another protein that maintains bounce and resiliency.

Your Skin Stays Full and Supple: With your collagen and elastin matrix intact from the right foods and fortifiers, your skin will retain moisture and take on a full, supple appearance, providing you supply it with the correct quantity and quality of fluids on a daily basis.

Your Skin Takes on a Radiant Glow: This is a direct benefit of the essential fatty acids and monounsaturated fatty acids, aka the good fats and beneficial oils that are now part of your diet. They work to maintain the integrity of your skin cell membranes. When your cell membranes or casings are healthy, especially in the dermis layer, you are rewarded on the outside with a glowing look.

You Avoid the Dreaded Sagging Skin that often Comes with Age: This is a direct consequence of reducing and/or eliminating the refined sugars, refined oils, rancid fats, deep fried foods, and processed pap in your diet. These bad foods attach to the proteins in your skin and create the AGEs and ALEs that cause your skin to sag.

You Stabilize and Prevent Future Wrinkling: When you stop the AGEs and ALEs from forming in the first place, as mentioned in the above benefit, you prevent the sag. When you also retain the collagen-elastin matrix in your dermis layer as mentioned in the first benefit above, you can store plenty of moisture in your skin. But, when you put these two together you can prevent wrinkling, which stems from both saggy and dehydrated skin.

You have a Reduced Tendency for Disease: It has often been said that what you see on the outside is a reflection of how healthy your body is on the inside. Poor skin health is a symptom, as well as a manifestation of disease states that are getting a foothold inside your body including GI tract problems, liver and gallbladder disorders, nervous system issues, inflammatory conditions, an acidic pH, and certain cancers.

Therefore, the protocols you follow and the procedures you implement now to return your skin to a healthy, youthful look, will also benefit your body on the inside over time through an increased ability to ward off illness and prevent chronic diseases from setting in.

You Enjoy Life More: Another spin off of your new, youthful look is that your spirits will be lifted, which in turn will give you more energy and vitality throughout the day so you can enjoy life to the fullest.

Step 2: Paying for your Program

You can pay for your program in 1 of 2 ways...

A. First Way : Payment via Electronic Funds Transfer

A.1  One Lump Sum Payment

Either, in one lump sum payment of $400.00 by electronic funds transfer for the total cost of the program, which includes the HST. This amount needs to be received one week prior to the start of the program.

A.2  Four Equal Installments

Or, if you prefer, you can pay in four equal installments of $100.00 via electronic funds transfer. In this case, you will be sent a payment schedule in advance so you know when each installment is due.

The First Installment

After Jim contacts you by phone or e-mail and you have agreed on a start date and time, then you need to pay for your first installment. The first installment is due one week prior to the start of the program.

For instance, let's say your communication with Jim was on January 1st, 2021 and you agreed to go ahead with the program. The start date was set for January 15th. You would need to pay for the first installment by January 8th. In this way, we can be sure that you are fully committed to the program.

The Second, Third, and Fourth Installments

Following along with the above example, the second, third, and fourth installments would then be due on February 15th, March 15th, and April 15th, respectively, or one month apart.

How it Works in Case You are Not Familiar with the Process

If you are a TD Canada Trust account holder, you can send your payment using Interac e-Transfer after you have logged into EasyWeb, or by using Interac e-Transfer from an equivalent online system with another participating financial institution in Canada. All you need to do at your end is follow these three steps.

Step 1 : Access Send Money

  1. Once inside EasyWeb or an equivalent online banking system, from the left-hand menu, select Interac e-Transfer.
  2. Check within the Interac e-Transfer menu to ensure the Send Money option is selected.

Step 2 : Enter Transaction Information

  1. From the Account dropdown menu, select the account from which you wish to send money.
  2. In the Amount field, enter the amount of money you wish to send.
  3. From the Recipient dropdown menu, select the person to whom you wish to send money.
  4. If the recipient's name is not on your list, add it by selecting Add New.
  5. Next, enter the recipient's name and valid email address. Jim from Orthocellular will send you the correct name and email address to use by regular mail as part of the initial orientation process.
  6. It is crucial to ensure the name and email address displayed match the intended recipient exactly as Autodeposit transactions cannot be cancelled. Jim has enabled Autodeposit for Interac e-Transfer at his end, so there is no need for a security question and answer, as the funds will automatically be deposited into his business account.
  7. To make any changes select Update, to the right of the menu.
  8. You may also choose to enter a short message.
  9. Now, click the Next button, and skip to Review and Finish Transaction.

Step 3 : Review and Finish Transaction

  1. You must review all information, to ensure that it is accurate and that it matches the intended recipient.
  2. If you need to change anything, simply click the Back button.
  3. If everything is satisfactory, click the Send Money button. You will see the confirmation number for the transaction. The recipient will be notified by email alerting them to the fact that you have sent them money using Interac e-Transfer.
