Regular Cleansing Program

The Regular Cleansing Program consists of a number of cleansing methods and routines that are essential in the 21st century because toxins are so rampant in our environment, and even worse, stored in our bodies. Hence, there is an urgent need to get the toxins out of your body on a regular basis, and keep them out, as much as possible.

Body Basics

The Need to Get and Keep the Toxins Out

Toxins are substances that the body cannot use or process. They are stored in and cause harm to our cells, tissues, organs, and blood, and interfere with normal bodily functions. It is important that the body be able to release both its water-soluble and fat-soluble toxins to remain healthy. Toxins stored in the body cause symptoms of malfunction that over time lead to chronic disease.

Breaking Three Mainstream Myths

Myth #1: We defecate, urinate, and sweat them out. Wrong assumption!

Fact #1: Some healthy people have the ability to handle a moderate amount of toxins because of their natural, whole food diets, which are relatively low in pollutants and supply the necessary antioxidants to handle such a toxic load. However, the vast majority of people do not have this ability due to poor diets and processed foods so the fat-soluble toxins that are rejected by the liver stockpile in their fat tissues and elsewhere in the body. These poisons can migrate to organs wreaking havoc and causing disease.

Myth #2: There are only a few such toxins. Not so! I can't see them so it must be OK. Not true!

Fact #2: There are more than 3,000 different chemicals purposefully added to our foods. Very few of these have been deemed safe. In addition to these artificial additives, there are contaminants in the air we breathe, especially indoor air, and in the water we drink. Toxins are in household cleaners, air fresheners, prescription and over-the-counter medications, cosmetics, personal care products, tap and bath water. Drapes, carpets, furniture, and computers emit organic vapours that are trapped inside the house. Out of sight yes, but they are always there, just invisible and very toxic.

Myth #3: My grandmother lived to be 92 years old. I think I will be OK. Wrong! Think again.

Fact #3: If you don't get the toxins out, you may pull up 30 years shy of that age. Why? Today, you are very toxic compared to your grandmother at the same age. In fact, more toxins enter your body in one day then entered your grandmother's body in one year. Your grandmother lived in a different era within a relatively, clean environment. She cooked meals at home, prepared bagged lunches, grew vegetables in the garden, didn't eat in restaurants, and didn't consume many processed or convenience foods.   

The Intestines Need to be Detoxified Regularly

He lists many reasons why you should detoxify on a regular basis, as well as how to reduce the exposure to toxins. He also mentions the one part of your body he says people must detoxify regularly.

Program Description

The Regular Cleansing Program deals with the methods and routines that impart a regular cleansing effect on your internal elimination system, which includes the colon, kidneys, lungs, and skin. The complete program consists of six appointments with the practitioner.  

Elimination System Cleansing

  • Colon (general approaches, cleansing methods, 3-day juice fasts)
  • Kidneys (general approaches, cleansing methods, flushes, 3-day juice fasts)
  • Lungs (flushes)
  • Skin (cleanses)

Preventative Maintenance

During the last appointment, a final program for maintenance purposes will be set up on a case-by-case basis since each individual will be different in terms of his/her needs. The maintenance program will include all of cleansing methods and routines that you can weave into your lifestyle and schedule, and do at home on a regular basis.

  1. Maintenance Program: The final methods, routines, and schedule.
  2. Seasonal Program: An introduction to and integration with the seasonal program, if applicable.

Monthly and Yearly Schedules

A monthly schedule will be included for the daily and weekly cleansing sessions, as well as a yearly schedule for the seasonal drainage and detoxification sessions, if applicable.

  3. Build health in the elimination system: colon, kidneys, lungs, and skin,
  4. Know how to expel toxins with daily and weekly maintenance routines, 
  5. Understand what the natural, whole foods, fluids, and fortifiers way can do for you on a daily basis in terms of their regular cleansing abilities.    

Program Prerequisites

1. Ideally, clients should be in a good physical and mental condition with a body that is functioning normally with balanced nervous and endocrine systems, as well as a strong immune system. Homeostasis is sound.

2. However, the above is an ideal situation. Normally, they will have multiple issues including digestive problems along with sluggish elimination for which they are seeing you. In addition, the practitioner must be aware of the roll of the nervous, immune, and endocrine systems in poor elimination, drainage, and detoxification. If these systems are out of balance or not functioning properly, they will have a direct bearing on and adversely affect digestion and elimination.      

3. People with one or more current chronic, degenerative diseases will not be able to enter into the program. This includes any lung disorders, heart disease, cancer, and/or diabetes. People with minor conditions, ailments, and afflictions will be allowed in the program at the discretion of the practitioner.

Beginners take Note

If someone is new to cleansing, drainage, and detoxification, a daily and weekly regular cleansing program is the best way to prepare the body ahead of time for a deeper, seasonal drainage and detoxification. If your organs of elimination, namely, the colon, kidneys, lungs, and skin are not working properly, toxins will only circulate in the body. Cleansing, drainage, and detoxification are then often more complicated than expected.

However, if the exit channels are clean and clear, and the elimination system is functioning properly, a seasonal drainage and detoxification is much easier and more effective. So, in this sense, the Regular Cleansing Program is actually a preparation step before taking the Seasonal Drainage and Detoxification Program.

Across Canada

The cost of the Regular Cleansing program is $720.00*. This amount can be paid in three equal installments of $240.00. The first installment is due one week prior to the start of the program. Refer to Step 2: Paying for your Program below for the details.

*This price is in effect as of January 1st, 2024 and is subject to change without prior notification. Handouts are included, but the detox kits and supplies for all three phases are extra. HST is included in the above price.

Jim is a health scientist and an IONC-registered holistic nutritionist (ROHP) who specializes in the design and development of cleansing, drainage, and detoxification programs for adults between the ages of 25 and 65 plus.

The Regular Cleansing program will take place in the comforts of your own home. It has often been said that superior health and disease prevention begin and end in the home. This is particularly true of the current program. The program is most effective when done in your own home because this is where it will be maintained on a regular basis.

Step #2: Pay for your program here ...

The First Installment

After Jim contacts you by phone or e-mail and you have agreed on a start date and time, then you need to pay for your first installment. The first installment is due one week prior to the start of the program.

Let's say your communication with Jim was on January 1st, 2024 and you agreed to go ahead with the program. The start date was set for January 15th, 2024. You would need to pay for the first installment by January 8th. In this way, we can be sure that you are fully committed to the program before we get started.

The Second and  Third Installments

Following along with the above example, the second and third installments would then be due on February 8th and March 8th, respectively, or four weeks apart.
