Stress Reduction Program

With the Stress Reduction Program, you achieve true hormonal harmony and create the foundation for lasting stress relief.

Body Basics

High levels of cortisol and adrenaline are associated with excessive stress that interferes with almost every hormone involved in metabolism regulation, appetite control, and fat burning. So, it is absolutely essential that you bring your stress hormones under control.

If the high-stress response lingers, you become chronically imbalanced, which can lead to:

  • muscle wasting,
  • premature aging,
  • fat gain,
  • disease, and
  • even death.

Therefore, it is imperative that you feel an inner calm in your body again!

"If you always feel tense or anxious, your body will remain in a constant state of heightened arousal. Constantly overproducing cortisol and adrenaline day after day because of ongoing stress, multitasking, skipping meals, excessive calorie restriction, insufficient carbohydrate intake, too much protein consumption, lack of sleep, or too much coffee will lead to adrenal gland burnout. At this point, your adrenal glands can't keep up with the constant stimulation and outrageous demands for adrenaline and cortisol production, and they simply shut down.... by Natasha Turner, N.D.

Program Benefits

Reduce the Stress in your Life: Chronic stress is the silent killer. Mental and emotional stress affects every cell in the body. The mind can turn the body's pH from alkaline to acidic in a matter of minutes. Stress can adversely affect your genetic makeup and the mind can positively or negatively affect your DNA.

What you say and how you think can absolutely give you disease and it can absolutely cure you of disease. If you want to prevent disease, be happy and healthy, eliminate depression and fatigue, you absolutely must reduce the stress that is in your body. Enter the Stress Reduction Program.

Ward off Disorders and Diseases: Stress levels in the body are one of the leading causes of the body becoming acidic, which means stress can be one of the leading causes of virtually every disease because bacteria, viruses, and cancers all thrive in an acidic environment.

Some distress-related disorders and diseases are coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, migraines, indigestion, heartburn, ulcers, ulcerative colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, diarrhea, headaches, back and neck pain, sleep disorders, skin problems, allergies, rheumatoid arthritis, cancers, diabetes, reduced sex drive, infertility, overeating, obesity, increased alcohol consumption, drug abuse, depression, and anxiety. Enter the Stress Reduction Program.

Maintain the Gains made from other Health Initiatives: Stress wreaks so much havoc on the digestion and hormonal systems that it can undermine gains in health made from the natural whole foods way and an exercise routine. Therefore, you must reduce the stress in your life and keep it under control. Enter the Stress Reduction Program.

And, during the program, you will begin to feel that inner calm!

Step 2: Paying for your Program

You can pay for your program in 1 of 2 ways...

A. First Way : Payment via Electronic Funds Transfer

A.1  One Lump Sum Payment

Either, in one lump sum payment of $400.00 by electronic funds transfer for the total cost of the program, which includes the HST. This amount needs to be received one week prior to the start of the program.

A.2  Four Equal Installments

Or, if you prefer, you can pay in four equal installments of $100.00 via electronic funds transfer. In this case, you will be sent a payment schedule in advance so you know when each installment is due.

The First Installment

After Jim contacts you by phone or e-mail and you have agreed on a start date and time, then you need to pay for your first installment. The first installment is due one week prior to the start of the program.

For instance, let's say your communication with Jim was on January 1st, 2021 and you agreed to go ahead with the program. The start date was set for January 15th, 2021. You would need to pay for the first installment by January 8th. In this way, we can be sure that you are fully committed to the program before we get started.

The Second, Third, and Fourth Installments

Following along with the above example, the second, third, and fourth installments would then be due on February 8th, March 8th, and April 8th, respectively, or one month apart.

How it Works in Case You are Not Familiar with the Process

You send the money with Interac e-Transfer in EasyWeb if you are a TD Canada Trust account holder, or by using an equivalent electronic funds transfer system with another participating financial institution in Canada. All you need to do at your end is follow these three steps.

Step 1 : Access Send Money

  1. Once inside EasyWeb or an equivalent online banking system, from the left-hand menu, select Interac e-Transfer.
  2. Check within the Interac e-Transfer menu to ensure the Send Money option is selected.

Step 2: Enter Transaction Information

  1. From the Account dropdown menu, select the account from which you wish to send money.
  2. In the Amount field, enter the amount of money you wish to send.
  3. From the Recipient dropdown menu, select the person to whom you wish to send money.
  4. If the recipient's name is not on your list, add it by selecting Add New.
  5. Next, enter the recipient's name and valid email address. Jim from Orthocellular will send you the correct name and email address to use by regular mail as part of the initial orientation process.
  6. It is crucial to ensure the name and email address displayed match the intended recipient exactly as Autodeposit transactions cannot be cancelled. Jim has enabled Autodeposit for Interac e-Transfer at his end, so there is no need for a security question and answer, as the funds  will automatically be deposited into their business account.
  7. To make any changes select Update, to the right of the menu.
  8. You may also choose to enter a short message.
  9. Now, click the Next button, and skip to Review and Finish Transaction.

Step 3 : Review and Finish Transaction

  1. You must review all information, to ensure that it is accurate and that it matches the intended recipient.
  2. If you need to change anything, simply click the Back button.
  3. If everything is satisfactory, click the Send Money button. You will see the confirmation number for the transaction. The recipient will be notified by email alerting them to the fact that you have sent them money using Interac e-Transfer.
