Correcting Bad Head and Neck Posture is now open for preregistration purposes. The actual program will commence in May of 2017. The cost of the program is currently set at $260 plus 13% HST = $293.80. You can pay in one lump sum payment at the beginning of the first appointment either by cheque or by TD Mobile POS.

Specific Order: The four programs in the Postural Series deal with the head and neck, shoulders and middle back, hip flexors and gluteals, and lower back and pelvis in that specific order. So, after you have corrected the postural deviations in your head and neck with the help of the Correcting Bad Head and Neck Posture program, you will be able to advance to the next program in the series, which is Correcting Poor Shoulder and Mid Back Posture.
