Fall of 2024: Workshop Wednesdays 

Below is a short description of a number of free workshops being offered by Orthocellular. The workshops will start in early October and run through the end of November. In this way, you can determine if the complete program that corresponds to the workshop material is right for you at that time. 

Free Workshop #1: Change your Life with the Four Pillars of Health

"Imagine having the energy, strength, and endurance to complete activities you thought were impossible to do at your age!"

How will it help me? This workshop is an introduction to the four pillars of health, along with the Four-Pillar programs, which are based on nutritional protocols, exercise routines, stress reduction techniques, and detoxification methods. During the workshop you will be able to determine your Actual Health Status, as well as your recommended program path. The program at the top of your program path is Your First Program.    

When is it taking place? You can attend the free workshop on October 2nd from 7 to 9 P.M. Limited seats available. Register early!

Where do I go? The workshop will take place in downtown Elliot lake. Location to be determined.

How do I sign-up? You can sign-up below by filling out the registration form.

Your First Program: At the end of the workshop, you can decide whether or not Your First Program is right for you at that time. If you are ready to start, Jim will sign-up you up for Your First Program.

Free Workshop #2:  6 Steps to Regaining your Gut Health

"It has often been said that you cannot have true health when your digestion is poor." Learn what, when, and how to eat and drink, and not to eat and drink to jettison your gut woes and heal your digestive tract for good! 

How will it help me? Those people currently suffering from digestive problems are introduced to the ways to help them eliminate the belching, bloating, gas, reflux, diarrhea, constipation, dysbiosis, and leaky gut for good. Over time you will regain nutrient absorption in your small intestine and normalize the function of your colon, both of which are vital for the health of your body.      

When is it taking place? You can attend the free workshop on October 9th from 7 to 8 P.M. Limited seats available. Register early!

The Complete Program: This workshop is an introduction to the complete program entitled Gut Recovery Program. It will provide an overview of all the topics covered in the full program, so you can decide whether or not the program is right for you at that time.

Free Workshop #3:  4 Steps to Permanent Weight Loss

"Imagine looking in the mirror and seeing a slim, svelte, shapely figure, just like in the old days!"

How will it help me? This workshop is for adults who wish to lose the weight for good, especially in the hips, buttocks, waist, and legs. At the workshop, you are introduced to the four steps that will get you on the road to a permanent solution, which you can implement in your own home. It will show you what you need to do to become slim and trim, get your energy back, and take a big load off of your hip and knee joints.          

When is it being held? You can attend the free workshop on October16th from 7 to 9 P.M. Limited seats available. Register early!

The Complete Program: This workshop is an introduction to the complete program entitled the Permanent Weight Loss Program. It will provide an overview of all the topics covered in the full program, so you can decide whether or not the program is right for you. 

Free Consultation: After the workshop, if you are not ready to sign-up for the complete program at that time, you can make arrangements with Jim for a free consultation to discuss your particular situation and find out if and when you will be ready to make a commitment to the program.

Free Workshop #4:  How to Get Fit and Trim with Jim at 60 Plus

"Imagine looking in the mirror and seeing a fit, toned, shapely figure, just like you had in your earlier years!"

How will it help me? This workshop is for adults between the ages of 60 and 75 plus who wish to drop excess fat mass and replace it with new, muscle mass, and who want to regain lost heart strength and lung power. At the workshop, you are introduced to both the nutrition and exercise aspects that will help you get back on the road to being fit and trim. You will get an overview of what you need to do to get your energy back, increase your metabolism, prevent lung and heart disease, and regain lost muscle mass, endurance, and strength.

Where do I go? You can attend one of the free workshops in Elliot Lake. Location to be determined.

When is it taking place? You can attend the free workshop on October 23rd from 7 to 9 P.M. Limited seats are available. Register early!
