May, June, and July of 2018 

Below is a short description of a number of free, informational workshops being offered by Orthocellular. The workshops will start in May and run through June and July in Barrie, Ontario. Each workshop is an introduction to a corresponding program. You can decide for yourself if the complete program is right for you, at that time. 

Free Workshop #1: Change your Life with the Four Pillars of Health

"Imagine having the energy, strength, and endurance to complete activities you thought were impossible to do at your age!"

How will it help me? This workshop is an introduction to the four pillars of health, along with the Four-Pillar programs, which are based on nutritional protocols, exercise routines, stress reduction techniques, and detoxification methods. During the workshop you will be able to determine your Actual Health Status, as well as your recommended program path. The program at the top of your program path is Your First Program.    

When is it taking place? You can attend the free workshop on May 9th or on June 6th from 7 to 9 P.M. Limited seats available. Register early!

Free Workshop #2:  6 Steps to Regaining your Gut Health

"It has often been said that you cannot have true health when your digestion is poor." Learn what, when, and how to eat and drink to jettison your gut woes and heal your digestive tract for good! 

How will it help me? Those people currently suffering from digestive problems are introduced to the ways to help them eliminate the belching, bloating, gas, reflux, diarrhea, constipation, dysbiosis, and leaky gut for good. Over time you will regain nutrient absorption in your small intestine and normalize the function of your colon, both of which are vital for the health of your body.

Free Workshop #3:  4 Steps to Permanent Weight Loss

"Imagine looking in the mirror and seeing a slim, svelte, shapely figure, just like in the old days!"

How will it help me? This workshop is for adults who wish to lose the weight for good, especially in the hips, buttocks, waist, and legs. At the workshop, you are introduced to the four steps that will get you on the road to a permanent solution, which you can implement in your own home. It will show you what you need to do to become slim and trim, get your energy back, and take a big load off of your hip and knee joints.          

When is it being held? You can attend the free workshop on May 23rd from 7 to 9 P.M. Limited seats available. Register early!

Free Workshop #4:  How to Get Fit and Trim with Jim at 60 Plus

"Imagine looking in the mirror and seeing a fit, toned, shapely figure, just like you had in your earlier years!"

How will it help me? This workshop is for adults between the ages of 60 and 75 who wish to drop excess fat mass and replace it with new, muscle mass, and who want to regain lost heart strength and lung power. At the workshop, you are introduced to both the nutrition and exercise aspects that will help you get back on the road to being fit and trim. You will get an overview of what you need to do to get your energy back, increase your metabolism, prevent lung and heart disease, and regain lost muscle mass, endurance, and strength.

How will it help me? At the workshop, you learn what it takes to jettison the stress in your life so it doesn't become prolonged. Chronic stress is one of the root causes of many degenerative diseases, so it is imperative for your future health and well-being to reduce it and then manage it.

Free Workshop #9:  12 Steps to Strengthen your Immune System

"How to strengthen and fortify your immunity against all the bugs out there in today's world!"

How will it help me?  If you are suffering from a weak immune system, you will be introduced to what you need to do, and what you have to avoid to regain the strength in your immune system and return your health to normal. Over time you will be able to jettison the repeated colds, flus, coughs, and sniffles, as well as get your energy back to where it should be! This is also one of the best ways to prevent the onset of degenerative disease in the future.

Free Workshop #10:  5 Steps to Curb your Sugar Addiction

Some food additives, like caffeine and sugar, are physically and psychologically addictive. After eating them for a time, our minds and bodies begin to crave them. It is similar to a drug or an alcohol addiction. Food processors on average add 150 pounds of refined sugar per person to our diets each year. It is not surprising that we have become a nation of sugar addicts. Like other addictive substances, sugar may leave you feeling a bit better for a few hours, but then it wreaks havoc on your body. Not good!

How will it help me?  Fortunately, you can kick the sugar habit for good with our Breaking a Sugar Addiction program! At the workshop we will outline and expand on the five steps in the program so you can identify your Sugar Addict type and learn how to go about breaking the addiction for good!.
