About the Room

Welcome to the Exercise Room. Here, everything is focused on the exercise and fitness aspects that are required to build and maintain an ageless body. It has often been said that health and fitness begins and ends in the home each day. We at PreventativeHealthPrograms.ca adhere to that approach.

There are sections dedicated to the equipment that the fitness coach uses in the home and the routines that they follow throughout the week, as well as articles about health and fitness.
