Correcting Tight Hips and Inactive Glutes

Correcting Tight Hips and Inactive Glutes is now open for registration purposes. If you are currently suffering from tight hip flexors and/or inactive glute muscles due to long periods of sitting throughout the day, you may want to consider signing up for this program, sooner than later.

Program Description

Our third postural program consists of the following three appointments:

  1. Postural Deviations and Assessments: Checking for Hip & Glute Problems
  2. Tight Hip Flexors: Corrective Techniques, Stretches, and Exercises
  3. Inactive Glutes: Corrective Techniques, Stretches, and Exercises

Program Benefits

Some of the benefits of of the program are:

  • At the start, postural deviations in the hips and glute areas are discussed
  • A postural assessment is completed to detect any such deviations
  • Then, postural corrections are introduced to fix tight hip flexors
  • Next, postural corrections are added to fix inactive glutes
  • Self-myofascial release techniques are used to reduce blocks and tension
  • Stretches, Yoga poses, and strengthening exercises are then added
  • A binder with deviations, assessments, and corrections is included

Is Correcting Tight Hips and Inactive Glutes for me?

If you spend a lot of time sitting in front of a computer at home or at the office, sitting while commuting to and from work, and sitting in front of a TV set during the evening, you may be suffering from tight, hip flexor muscles, inactive glute muscles, and one or more postural deviations in the hip girdle. And, if you are currently in pain in one or more of these areas, then this program is right for you!

Cost

The cost of the program is currently set at $260 plus 13% HST = $293.80. You can pay in one lump sum payment at the beginning of the first appointment either by cheque or by electronic funds transfer.

  1. If paying by cheque, make your cheque payable to Orthocellular Nutrition and Exercise Inc.
  2. If paying by Interac e-Transfer, make sure you have an account with TD Canada Trust and are familiar with EasyWeb, or an equivalent online banking system,

What if I also have pain in my lower back?

Specific Order: The four programs in the Postural Series deal with the head and neck, shoulders and middle back, hip flexors and gluteals, and lower back and pelvis in that specific order. So, after you have corrected any muscle tightness and postural deviations in your hips and glutes with the help of the Correcting Tight Hips and Inactive Glutes program, you will be able to advance to the next program in the series, which is Correcting Low Back and Pelvic Pain.
