Correcting Tight Hips and Inactive Glutes is now open for registration purposes. The actual program will commence in May of 2017. The cost of the program is currently set at $260 plus 13% HST = $293.80. You can pay in one lump sum payment at the beginning of the first appointment either by cheque or by TD Mobile POS.

Specific Order: The four programs in the Postural Series deal with the head and neck, shoulders and middle back, hip flexors and gluteals, and lower back and pelvis in that specific order. So, after you have corrected any muscle tightness and postural deviations in your hips and glutes with the help of the Correcting Tight Hips and Inactive Glutes program, you will be able to advance to the next program in the series, which is Correcting Low Back and Pelvic Pain.
