Essential Elements of Life Course

Private Community

Coming soon in 2026! Jim is now working on locating the best platform to host the Essential Elements of Life course, which will be an adult, health optimization course geared to teaching an awareness of the essential elements so the general public can use this knowledge to build and maintain their own health. The site will also include a private community.   

Essential Elements of Life Course 

The main purpose of this new site will be to provide a foundational course called the Essential Elements of Life. The modules and lessons will be geared to an adult, lay audience so it won't be too technical and with just enough information that you can put to use in your daily life, now and in the future. Your health guide will introduce one new lesson each week that you can implement in your own life at home. 

In addition, this first course will focus on improving your awareness and understanding of the biochemical aspects of how the body is supposed to work to keep us healthy and resilient. From the modules and lessons you will learn about all of the essential elements that our biology needs at the cellular level. Inside the site your health guide can converse with students live on a weekly basis about issues pertaining to their own health, as well as guide them via pre-written and/or pre-recorded, on-demand lessons as part of the course material. 

Enter Web 3.0: The internet was originally built for educational purposes, as well as to disseminate useful information. Web 2.0 is now becoming obsolete and it's time to move on to Web 3.0. Now is the time to use the internet the way it was meant to be used, as a platform to educate people via e-learning with courses and programs.      

Private Community

A community of like-minded people who are all course participants will also be established so students can provide support for and encouragement to one another. After you sign up for the course you will be free to join the community. Here, you can learn from other members, which can be an education in itself. 

OK, what's the course all about?

The course consists of twenty lessons split into four modules as outlined below. There will be one new lesson each week so the entire course will take five months to complete.  

Module 1: We need 5 essential, environmental elements, namely:

  • Lesson 1: Clean oxygen, quality and quantity
  • Lesson 2: Pure water, quality and quantity
  • Lesson 3: Natural light, exposures and timing 
  • Lesson 4: Free electrons. grounding and sources
  • Lesson 5: Nature sound. outdoor and indoor 

Module 2: And, 16 essential, macronutrient elements, including:

  • Lesson 6: Four essential fatty acids, Omega-3, 6, 9 and SAFAs 
  • Lesson 7: Two additional essential fatty acids. EPA and DHA. 
  • Lesson 8: Two essential carbohydrates, glucose and fibre.
  • Lesson 9: Four essential amino acids.
  • Lesson 10: Four more essential amino acids. 

Module 3: And, 32 essential, micronutrient elements, including:

  • Lesson 11: Six essential minerals, grams
  • Lesson 12: Six more essential minerals, milligrams
  • Lesson 13: And six more essential minerals, micrograms
  • Lesson 14: Four essential vitamins, fat-soluble 
  • Lesson 15: Ten essential vitamins, water-soluble 

Module 4: As well as 5 essential Pipe, Filter, and Flow elements:

  • Lesson 16: Cardiopulmonary System: Blood and Oxygen flows
  • Lesson 17: Intestinal Tract: Fecal matter movement
  • Lesson 18: Lymphatic System: Lymph and Glymphatic flows
  • Lesson 19: Liver and Gallbladder: Bile flow and secretions
  • Lesson 20: Kidneys and Skin: Urine and sweat flows 

Get all of the above on a regular basis in the right amounts and you will indeed be hiking, dancing, and snowshoeing at 100+ years with a grin on your face. Why?

Because your cells will be jumping for joy because they are now back living in the only environment that they recognize and are looking for on a daily basis, and are being fed exactly what they need to nourish, repair, and replicate themselves. Deprive yourself of these essentials, day-after-day, year-after-year, and disease will set in early. The current, disease epidemic in North America is proof of that deprivation!   

Preparation for the Preventative Health Programs

The essential element modules and lessons in the course will also prepare you with the background knowledge you will need, if you decide to participate in a preventative health program with Jim in the future. Armed with this understanding, you will be able to easily sail through one or more of his programs, get the results you want, and reap the benefits offered by the four pillars of health.

Enter the Preventative Health Model 

The old, disease management system is broken and is fast becoming obsolete in the age of a disease epidemic, which is now running rampant.  The time has come to move on to a new model. A model based on the truth and on preventing disease before it sets in and takes hold of the body, instead of reacting to a disease state after the fact. The Preventative Health Model is built on the two arms of prevention, which are the:

  1. Preventative health programs, and
  2. Preventative health education.

Within the educational arm lies the Essential Elements of Life, which serves as both the foundational support and the building blocks to recover, rebuild, and maintain the body over the long term.     

How do I sign-up for the course? 

In the near future you will be able to sign-up for the course in one easy step. After registration is completed and payment is received, you will be redirected, for the first time, to the Students-Only Area of our site. Here, you can immediately begin participating in weekly live sessions with Jim and learn from pre-written or pre-recorded, on-demand lessons.  

In the meantime, I have some background info you might be interested in.

Why was this information not available when I was in school?

This is a great question to ask and serves to underscore the crux of the matter. The essential elements were missing in my own grade school and high school education. We only received some partial information at best, which was always fragmented and incomplete. But, I realized the body can't be healthy, vibrant, and resilient with age when so much knowledge is lacking and so many pieces are missing. So, I went after the truth.

And when I found the truth I seethed with anger. We as humans in the 21st century are still at Level 17 on the evolutionary scale, which we entered about 40-to-50,000 years ago. To survive and thrive at the cellular level, our organs, tissues, and cells need that same environment that are ancient ancestors lived in.

Now, back in 1976 this lack of knowledge about human physiology and how the body functions at the cellular level to maintain our health and fitness was excusable. But, fast forward 50 years to 2026. Now, this lack of understanding is totally inexcusable. Why?

Because so much has been discovered over the last 50 years about how our biology works at the cellular level. Why hasn't this information been passed on to the general public? How come it is not a mandatory part of the educational curriculums at the grade school, high school, and college and university levels? Learning the newest aspects of human physiology will definitely encourage health awareness. And, it is never too late for all of us to catch up, regardless of our age.            

The Disease Epidemic is Already Here!

It has now come to our attention at Orthocellular that there are now 200 known diseases in Canada, which is a disaster. Can anyone spell disease epidemic. This means that of the roughly 30 million adults in Canada, about 20 million or 66% are now living with either a degenerative disease or a disease condition. Wow, are you sure? Yes, when you consider that the big five, which includes heart diseases, lung disorders, cancers, Type II diabetes, and/or dementia account for about 12 million, plus the 3.5 million with long haul COVID, then it is not a stretch to say that the other 195 disease conditions account for the remaining 4.5 million people, which includes metabolic, digestive, autoimmune, immune, inflammatory, neurological, and mental disease conditions.

So, a grand total of 20 million adults with 200 diseases. This is almost unbelievable when you consider that these diseases are self-inflicted and stem from leading poor lifestyles that constantly violate the four pillars of health, which leads to numerous, elemental deficiencies and a ton of toxin accumulations in the body on a regular basis.   

Can I Still Sign up for the Course?

Yes! But remember, our course and community are geared to preventative health only and not to disease management after a degenerative disease or disease condition has set in. In addition, our web site and programs are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease state.

In light of the above fact, going forward we will only be able to serve the remaining 10 million adults in Canada, between the ages of 30 to 70 plus, who are still disease free. So, be sure to contact us when you still have your health and are disease free and sign up for the course.

We can help you optimize your health and enhance your fitness to much higher levels to ensure you remain in the health zone for good, and also approach the threshold of longevity, if you so wish. We accomplish this through the use of preventative measures and the four pillars of health so you maintain both your health and fitness in the future. And always remember, prevention is everything!

Am I too old to learn about the essential elements?  

No, because age is just a number!

In the new model, we base everything on the following thirty-year, age ranges:  

  • Age Range: 30 to 60 years   ... Young age
  • Age Range: 60 to 90 years   ... Middle age
  • Age Range: 90 to 120 years ... Elderly age

When you are healthy and fit in the middle age range, you never need to retire. Those folks laugh at the R word. They are vibrant, resilient, and strong in the body. And in the mind they are sharp, creative, and full of new ideas. They keep learning, follow their passions, and have found their true purpose in life. These people open up new businesses and/or get involved with other meaningful endeavors in their 60s, 70s, 80s, and beyond.

And, as Jim always says, "I want to hike, dance, and snowshoe when I'm 100+ years." You can to, if you become a member of the club because the fifty-two essential elements of life are based on what are bodies have always needed, and on what are cells have always wanted. Learn to give them what they need and want! All you have to do is join the club, learn the essentials, and apply the concepts that are missing in your life, and watch the miracles that unfold.      

Our Cells and DNA: Living in the Natural World

In the natural world you are one with our natural surroundings, just like our hunter-gatherer ancestors. And, you comprehend that our bodies are looking for this same environment, day-after-day, because this is the only one they truly know and understand at the cellular level, all the way down to our DNA. You now realize that this is where we still belong as humans in the 21st century. Now, you need to continue living in the environment your DNA wants and expects!

  1. Your cells thrive in it,
  2. Your hormones stay balanced in it,
  3. Your body stays disease free in it, and
  4. Your muscular, skeletal, cardiovascular, respiratory, and immune systems become stronger in it.

The Need to Break the Disease Management Chains 

We now have a population in North America where more than 70 percent of adults are overweight or obese, nearly one in three adolescents has prediabetes, and close to 90 percent of healthcare spending goes toward chronic disease management rather than towards prevention. The American medical system now consumes $4.8 trillion annually, while chronic disease rates continue to climb, mental health disorders reach epidemic proportions, and medical errors remain a leading cause of death. 

In addition, we are now faced with some staggering and scary disease statistics. In North America around 2/3rds of adults are now living with a chronic, disease state. In Canada that's around 20 million people while in the U.S. it amounts to about 200 million people. Besides the big five of heart diseases, lung disorders, cancers, diabetes, and dementia, there are now an additional 195 known disease conditions for a grand total of 200 disease states. Let that sink in! This is a total disaster!

It should also be mentioned that there are only about 2-to-4% people who are truly healthy in North America. These folks already live in the health zone and beyond. This means that if 66% are diseased, then somewhere between 30-to-32% could be slowly or quickly approaching the threshold of disease. These folks still have their health, relatively speaking, but most need to change the lifestyle path they are currently on and switch to a road that leads to the health zone  So, we need to put the breaks on this continual slide and pull these people back from this threshold. If you are not in the health zone now, are you ready to learn the essentials that will guide you back to the health zone in the future?     

In the animal kingdom, when such high numbers with a degenerative disease persists for too long, extinction of the species is not far behind. What about for humanity? The above stats make it crystal clear that we are long overdue for a big change. It's time to move on and shift to a preventative model.  

Enter the Preventative Way, all the Way!

However, when you go down the preventative path you find something completely different. A return to trusting the 3.8-billion-year intelligence encoded in our cells. Recognition that the body is not primarily a machine that breaks down but a self-repairing miracle that continuously rebuilds. So, we need to understand two very important premises that are missing in today's world, namely:

  1. That our primary task is not to add interventions but to remove the obstacles that get in the way of our innate regenerative capacity. Here, we have the four pillars of health. They are the foundational conditions your biology evolved to expect on a regular basis. We need to rediscover that our bodies, when given these conditions, know exactly how to heal. Just give your body what it needs, and give your cells what they want.
  2. And, we need to be educated on the fact that we have to return to our evolutionary past and provide our bodies with the right, raw materials in the form of the fifty-two essential elements of life. This knowledge has been missing, especially for the last 50 years.

A final message from your health guide ...

Always remember that being born was a gift and life is precious.

So, treat your body and mind as temples to be cherished and not as dumping grounds for cellular insults, artificial contaminants, and environmental toxins. These are obstacles that get in the way of our innate ability to heal ourselves. Then, make sure to add in the fifty-two, essential elements, as needed, to make up for any deficiencies in the body. Remember, all disease stems from cellular toxicities and elemental deficiencies.
