Overarching Course
"Healthy Cells, Healthy Body" 

Below is a short description of a new, overarching course that will be offered by Orthocellular in the fall of 2024. The course will start in early October and run until the end of the month in Elliot Lake, Ontario. 

Intro Course: Healthy Cells, Healthy Body

This introductory course will consist of eight lessons spread over a period of four weeks beginning in early October. Following is a list of the lessons that will be included in the course:

  1. Lesson 1: What is a healthy cell, anyway?
  2. Lesson 2: What can harm our cells?
  3. Lesson 3: Foods and Oxygen for Energy Production
  4. Lesson 4: Hydration and Essential Fats for Cell Membrane Integrity
  5. Lesson 5: Antioxidants and Free Electrons for Healthy Cells
  6. Lesson 6: Fasting for Cellular Housekeeping 
  7. Lesson 7: Full-spectrum Light for Healthy Cells 
  8. Lesson 8: Living to 120: Putting It All Together 

How will it help me? This overarching course is an introduction to the healthy cell concept. During the course you will learn how to maintain healthy cells in your body with the right building blocks. The raw materials needed to build and maintain healthy cells on a daily basis include the:

  • Right foods,
  • Pure water,
  • Clean oxygen,
  • Full-spectrum light, 
  • Powerful antioxidants, and 
  • Free electrons.

When is it taking place? You can attend the course in October of 2024. Limited seats are available. Register early!

Where do I go? The workshop will take place in downtown Elliot Lake. The location is still to be determined.
