In this module the subject of natural whole foods is expanded upon. The module is entitled Natural Whole Foods Revisited and provides detailed protocols and procedures that you can use in your kitchen.
The module is entitled The 80|20 Rules by Two and provides information about the 80|20 rule that applies to cooked versus raw food, as well as the 80|20 rule that pertains to acidic-forming versus alkaline-forming food in the body. Both rules are discussed in much greater detail than what is contained in the e-book. Here, once and for all, the many myths and misconceptions surrounding these guidelines are debunked and cleared up so you can confidently put the rules to use when it comes to food preparation in your kitchen. And this is the way it should be!
This module is entitled Food Preparation in the Kitchen and provides detailed procedures and protocols about preparing foods in your kitchen for use at home, and for use outside the home, when you are on the go. Here, the subject of food preparation is discussed at length. That is because this day and age nothing is more important than learning how to prepare foods from scratch. The information is certain to change the way you view natural, whole foods and their preparation. How do I know this? Because of the way you will feel after eating your own prepared foods and by the amount of energy you have throughout the day.
Here, the subject of cooking food is covered in detail. The module is entitled Cooking Foods at Home and provides detailed procedures and protocols that you can put to use in your kitchen right away. And no recipes are needed! That is one of the hallmarks of the course. Recipes are replaced by guidelines about flavouring foods while cooking with common herbs and spices. Once you learn how to cook with herbs and spices, you will never need recipes again. I guarantee it! ... Jim
