Matching your Actual Health Status with Your Program Path

Here, on the disease symptoms page you get to match your actual health status with your program path. You can now determine your program path, as well as your first program by following the four steps below.

  1. Determine your current Health Conditions in the left-hand column.
  2. Look directly opposite to the right to find Your Program Path.
  3. Locate your first program, which is at the top of the list. 
  4. Click on the name of the program to go directly to the program page.

Health Conditions

  1. Weight is normal    
  2. Or, somewhat overweight    
  3. Score: 10 to 14     
  4. Non-foundational 
  5. Little or no sports and recreation in past life 
  6. Now sedentary 
  7. No joint problems  
  8. Healthy gut function
  9. Immune system is weak, imbalanced, or dysfunctional
  10. Sick and tired a lot of times 
  1. Weight is normal
  2. Or, bit overweight

  5. Age: 50+, M or F  
  6. Gut issues and/or dysbiosis 
  7. Nutritional deficiencies 
  8. Joint problems, one or more
  1. Weight is normal
  2. Or, somewhat overweight
  3. Score: 10 to 14
  4. Age: 30+, M or F
  5. De-conditioned, or
  6. Currently active
