Before you can take responsibility, you need to regain control of your health. There is no big secret! How you eat, move, sleep, react, and live determine the status of your health, or the level of your disease.
We are not subject to the random chance of disease. We create disease in ourselves through a poor lifestyle, lack of proper nutrition, and failure to move our bodies. We have the power to make ourselves sick or healthy. We just need to make the right choice. You have control, all you have to do is take it back.
Our bodies have miraculous powers of repair and rejuvenation. It is inherent in all of us. Our cells, if nourished properly, kept free of toxins, and shielded from stress, could live indefinitely.
This is evidenced by cell cultures in scientific laboratories that have been kept alive in such environments for many decades without disease or death. These same cells will continue to thrive so long as they are properly nourished with natural foods and adequately protected from harmful toxins.
Likewise, since our bodies consist of about 70 trillion cells on average, we can live to our full potential, which is 120 years, providing we nourish them and keep them free of toxins.
You can overcome addictions to refined sugar, bad carbs, processed oils, rancid fats, fatty, feedlot meats, caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, inactivity, and other health-destroying factors. But it does take effort and you cannot sit back and expect your health to improve. That won't work because the body doesn't function that way.
You are taught in the mainstream to take a magic pill and your symptoms will go away. Little effort is required on your part and you continue with your health-destroying ways.
As you go down this path, your body degenerates, decomposes, and dies. It is an easy route down the road to ill health.
However, achieving lasting health and superior fitness requires effort, but the results are enormous. You avoid:
the first signs of chronic disease and premature aging.
If you want to continue as you are now, do nothing. However, if you want to reclaim your health and rebuild your body, you must begin to:

You have the power to change, and the choice is up to you. Remember, you and only you can regain control of your health.
