Stress Reduction Program Kit

Tools Kit

The stress reduction program kit listed below is needed in support of both the third pillar of health, or the stress reduction techniques, which is part of the Four Pillar Programs, as well as for the individual spin-off program named the Stress Reduction Program.  Jim is currently working with his suppliers and will finalize the items in the kit in the near future.

When the kit is available for purchase, you will be able to order it directly from the e-commerce area on our corporate site. A link to the correct location on that site will be provided at that time.

You will then get all of the tools you need for your in-home sessions in one convenient kit. With this approach all of the specifying, sourcing, and procurement has been done for you.

In addition, you receive the best of the best in terms of the tools contained in the stress reduction program kit because the quality, durability, and reliability have already been checked out for you in advance.

A Quiet Room in the Home: You need to set aside a quiet room in your home for your meditation practice. It needs to be very quiet because meditating requires you to get centered and focused on your breath with your mind in a timeless state. For your practice to be effective the environment needs to be completely free of noise and distractions.

The tools in the stress reduction program kit listed below will get you going in terms of your in-home sessions.

Tool #1:  Yoga Mat: Deep breathing, which is usually a precursor for your yoga session, is best done while lying on your back. A soft mat is required to keep you comfortable. In addition, the sequence of poses in your yoga session also require a yoga-style mat for grip and comfort.

Tool #2:  Relaxation Music CDs: Common types of music that are effective for relaxation purposes include the following:

1. Baroque and Classical such as:

  1. A Guitar Weekend - Weekend Classics,
  2. Beethoven Symphonies No.4 and 7 by Nicolaus Esterhazy Sinfonia and Bela Drahos, and
  3. J.S. Bach Sonatas and Partitas for Solo Violin Volume 1 with Lucy van Dael, Baroque Violin.

2. The Sounds of Nature including forest, waves, waterfalls, and bird song. Some examples include:

  1. Celestial Mozart for Relaxation by Gerald Jay Markoe, and
  2. The Best of Solitudes - Anniversary Collection by Dan Gibson.

3. Slow Jazz

4. Slow Harp

Tool #3:  Rebounder: A rebounder is one of the best stress reduction tools anywhere. However, you can't go cheap with this piece of equipment. You want it to last a long time.

Rebounding is one of those modalities that spans three of the four pillars of health, namely:

    Stress Reduction Techniques,
    Exercise Programs, and
    Detoxification Methods.

This makes it one of the most versatile pieces of equipment in your tool kit.

Tool #4:  The Stress Reduction Handbook: The handbook in the popular PDF format is an optional tool since the procedures and protocols in the handbook are also built into the recovery modules of the:

    Permanent Weight Loss Program, and
    Disease Prevention Program.

However, if you are not enrolled in either one of the above programs, but you feel the need to reduce the stress in your life, it is best to get a hold of this handbook. Head over to the Stress Reduction Handbook page now and check it out.
