Longevity Lifestyle for an Ageless Body and an Ageless Mind

Here, we have a description of the Longevity Program Stream 2, as well as a number of hallmarks. There is also a prerequisites section with certain criteria that must be met before one can enter the program. During the program, you will begin to feel the strength in your movements again!

Description

A scene from the beautiful Beaver Valley section of the Bruce Trail.

The Longevity Program Stream 2 is geared to adults between the ages of 25 and 65 who are within 10 per cent of their set point weight, which is the weight they had when they were 18 years of age, and who have already completed the second program in the series, which is called the Disease Prevention Program, either Stream 1 or Stream 2, and who are currently experiencing a knee, hip, shoulder, and/or lower back joint problem.

Note: If you currently have an orthopedic problem with your knees, hips, shoulders, and/or lower back, you need to skip Stream 1 and start with Stream 2. This is because Stream 1 assumes that the joints in your body are all functioning properly, so Stream 1 is designed to maintain the integrity of your joints over time. However, if there is a current problem with one or more of your joints, you need to take a detour for now, and start here with Stream 2, which addresses joint problems up front in order to regain lost function and flexibility before moving on in the program.

First, the program focuses on nourishing and strengthening the following joint and fascial components in the body, as appropriate:

        knees
        hips
        shoulders
        lower back
        connective tissue
        fascia

Next, the program moves on to nourishing and strengthening the following structural components and systems in the body:

        muscular
        skeletal
        skin
        nerves
        brain

The program works to enhance the strength, capacity, and efficiency of your heart, lungs, joints, fascia, muscle, and bone, as well as the health and integrity of your skin, nerves, and brain. In addition, the Longevity Program Stream 2 prevents further degradation of these same tissue structures and recovers the losses in the body by way of:

  1. individualized nutrition plans,
  2. weight-bearing and bone-loading aerobic activities,
  3. strength training and flexibility exercises,
  4. stress reduction techniques,
  5. detoxification methods, and
  6. other pertinent lifestyle changes.

Six Phases

The longevity program consists of following six phases:

  1. Knee and Hip Joints
  2. Shoulder Joint and Lower Back
  3. Muscle and Bone
  4. Skin, Hair, and Nails
  5. Brain and Nerves
  6. Maintenance

The following is a description of each phase of the Longevity Program Stream 2:

Knee and Hip Joints Phase: The aim of this phase is to revisit the natural, whole foods way of eating for proper nourishment of your knee joints, hip joints, and connective tissue. New weight-bearing, aerobic activities are introduced to strengthen the affected joints and connective tissues. The goal is to regain lost function and flexibility in the knee and/or hip joints, improve the strength and stability of the knees, and enhance the strength and mobility of the hips.

Shoulder and Lower Back Phase: In this phase we again revisit the natural, whole foods way of eating for proper nourishment of your joints and connective tissue. New weight-bearing, aerobic activities are introduced to strengthen the affected joints and connective tissue. The goal is to regain lost function and flexibility in the shoulder joints and/or lower back, as well as improve the strength and stability of the shoulder and lower back.

Muscle and Bone Phase: Here, we revisit the natural, whole foods way of eating for proper nourishment of your muscles and bones. The goal is to regain lost muscle mass and bone density.

In addition, higher-intensity, weight-bearing aerobic activities and load-bearing, strength exercises are added to strengthen both your muscle and bone tissue. New stress reduction techniques and detoxification methods are introduced, as needed.

Skin, Hair, and Nails Phase: The purpose of this phase is to modify the natural, whole foods way of eating for nourishment of the skin in terms of the correct foods, fluids, and fortifiers, as needed. Proper hydration and essential fatty acid intake on a daily basis are keys to the preservation of the skin with age.

Furthermore, vitamin C and the amino acids lysine and proline from foods are the raw materials necessary for the production of collagen and elastin in the body. These proteins in turn maintain the structural integrity, elasticity, and softness of the skin. New stress reduction techniques and detoxification methods are introduced as well.

Brain and Nerves Phase: Here, we revisit the natural, whole foods way of eating, once again, to feed the brain with the correct foods, fluids, and fortifiers, as needed. To rebuild brain and nerve cells, proper nourishment is essential.

In addition, to maintain your brain and nervous system you need to exercise them on a regular basis. New stress reduction techniques and detoxification methods are introduced, where needed.

Maintenance Phase: The purpose of this phase is to reinforce and finalize the health and fitness routines that you added throughout the program. You will now be able to maintain both an ageless body and an ageless mind in the years to come. Your life will be one full of vitality, strength, and energy.

"Vitality and beauty are gifts of Nature for those who live according to its laws." ... Leonardo Da Vinci

Cost

The longevity program has been designed to cover all the bases. To obtain this positive end result, it needed to be comprehensive. So, the program consists of ten appointments spread across five phases.

In addition, each appointment takes between 4-to-8 hours to complete. That means you are with the practitioner from 40-to-80 hours, from start to finish, and the program can take between six-to-nine months to complete. So, the cost of the program depends on where you currently live in Ontario.

In light of the above, please register for the program now and someone will get back to you within two business days to discuss the cost with you.

Now, go feel the strength in your movements again!
